Patricia Irene Myers, 64, of Baltic, died Feb. 13, 2011, at Union Hospital, following an apparent heart attack.

A daughter of the late Michael and Katherine Stropky, Patricia was born Feb. 6, 1947, at Union Hospital, Dover. She was a graduate of New Philadelphia High School and went on to be employed by Bay-Roid Oil and Drilling, Flickinger Pipe Company, Dover, and National Payroll Advance.

Patricia enjoyed craft work which included basket weaving and wreath making. She also enjoyed dancing, traveling, and caring for the love of her life, Calvin Myers, whom she married on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2004.

In addition to Calvin, Patricia will be missed by brothers, Steve (Elaine) Stropky of Dover and Stan Stropky of New Philadelphia; six stepchildren, whom she loved and cared for as her own; numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; and numerous special nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial visitation was held Feb. 18, at Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory.
