Animals removed from the roadway on CR 22, Washington Township. Reports taken of theft on TR 603, Salt Creek Township, and passing bad checks on SR 93, Clark Township.
Report taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident on SR 39, Berlin Township.
Cory Mackenzie Weaver, 20, of Millersburg, was arrested for assault. He was released on his own recognizance.
Richard Shawn Lyons, 26, of Holmesville, was arrested by Millersburg PD for failure to appear and a community sanctions violation. He remains incarcerated on $5,000 and $1,000 cash or surety bonds.
