Marvin was born Dec. 21, 1952, in Dover, to Emma and the late Lloyd N. Yoder. He worked at Gerber’s Poultry, Kidron, and was a member of Grace Mennonite Church near Berlin, the Stark County Harness Horseman’s Association, and the U.S. Trotting Association.
Surviving are his wife, Cutia Yoder, whom he married April 28, 1979; daughter, Stephanie (Mitch) Miller of Sugarcreek; a grandson, Brody Marvin Miller; sisters, Esther (Owen) Yoder, Erma Yoder, Carol Yoder, and Arlene (Jerry) Miller, all of Millersburg; brothers, Wayne (Karen) Yoder of Millersburg and Dean (Elsie) Yoder of Dundee; and his special dog, Roxee.
Services were held April 14, at Grace Mennonite Church, Berlin, with Pastor Larry Kaufman officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff of Walnut Hills Nursing Home and Hospice of Holmes County for their kind and loving care.
