The Holmes County Retired Teachers Association (HCRTA) recently announced the 2011 Holmes County high school seniors who will receive the PM Graham Family Scholarship for 2011-12. The scholarships are awarded to students who will be attending either Wooster College or Kent State University or one of its branches. Each will receive $1,000 per semester attended.

These scholarships have been awarded since 1985 by the HCRTA and approximately 270 seniors living in Holmes County have benefitted.

This year, the five Hiland High School recipients include: Tyler Hostetler, Nick Mast, Braylee Miller, Arrianna Schrock, and Nichlas Yoder.

The five West Holmes High School recipients are: Lara Henry, Alexandra Jaeb, Tyler Miller, Courtney Reed, and Angelina Shirey.
