Killbuck Handy Helpers 4-H Club meeting news

The Killbuck Handy Helpers met June 1, at Killbuck Elementary, with nine members present. The meeting was called to order by Wyatt Snow. Pledges were led by Lyndsey Davis.

Reminders were: Pre-judging dates on June 29 and July 5, both from 4-7 p.m., Foods and Nutrition Evaluation on July 7, from 4-8 p.m., Lifeskills Project Evaluation on July 14, from 4-8 p.m., and Livestock Evaluation and Skill-a-thon on July 21, from 4-9 p.m. Advisor Kathy Ringwalt asked members about the progress of their projects.

The Cloverbuds planted flowers at Killbuck Community Park for a community service project. A family fun day at Lake Park has been planned for June 26.

The meeting was adjourned and members had a snack. Members also played a game of kickball.
