OSP handled report of a one vehicle injury accident on SR 226, Washington Township. Report taken of a three vehicle injury accident on SR 241, Salt Creek Township.
Casey Lynn Custer, 19, of Millersburg, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Killbuck fire personnel responded to a controlled fire complaint on TR 74, Killbuck Township; situation was contained.
