Lynn and Freda Hochstetler of Millersburg will celebrate 60 years of marriage on August 25. They were married in 1951 at the home of the bride, officiated by Rev. Paul R. Miller.

Lynn was formerly employed at Sugarcreek Feed Service, Berlin Elevator, as manager at the Mt. Hope Auction, and as a self-employed livestock hauler. He and Freda took over the family dairy farm in 1968. Lynn enjoys family, reading, fishing and helping on the farm.

Freda enjoys family, reading, cooking, embroidery, puzzles and gardening. Both are members of Walnut Creek Mennonite Church.

Children of the Hochstetlers include Gary (Rona) Hochstetler, Mike (Diane) Hochstetler, and Marc Hochstetler, all of Millersburg, and Rod (Valerie) Hochstetler of Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa.

Grandchildren include Hannah (Seth) Rader of West Virginia, Sarah Hochstetler of El Salvador, Joanna (Matt) Meek of Walnut Creek, Mitchell Hochstetler of California, Emily Hochstetler of Mt. Vernon, Austin and Lydia Hochstetler of DRC, Africa, and Joshua, Evan and Tyler Hochstetler, all of Millersburg.
