The family of Jonas and Edna Troyer invite you to celebrate the couple’s 50th anniversary. There will be a reception of hors d’oeuvres and cake Sept. 11, from 1-4 p.m., at Berlin Mennonite Church. The couple were married Sept. 8, 1961 at Martins Mennonite Church in Orrville. Their children, James and Katie Troyer and John and Jennifer Troyer, are hosting the event. They have nine grandchildren. The couple are members of Pleasant View Mennonite Church and enjoy travelling, bird watching and botany.

Jonas is retired from Troyer Cheese, where he was an owner and founder. Edna is a retired nurse, as well as owner of Troyer Cheese.
