Born June 9, 1930, in Chili, Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Harvey and Miriam Kobel. She retired in 1986 from the former Alsco Co., Sugarcreek, after 21 years.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth R. Levengood, whom she married June 13, 1948; children, Joann Wilcoxon of Baltic and Jeffery (Christene) Levengood of Dover; four granddaughters, Diann (Mark) Mansill, Paula Keppler, Jennifer (Erik) Oreto, and Joann Wilcoxon II; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Carol) Kobel of Coshocton, James (Kathy) Kobel of West Lafayette, and Thomas (Vicki) Kobel of Coshocton; and sister-in-law, Janice Kobel of West Lafayette.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Sam Wilcoxon; and brother, Donald Kobel.
Services will be held Oct. 22, at 11 a.m., at Smith-Varns Funeral Home, Sugarcreek. Burial will follow in Coshocton Memory Gardens, Coshocton. Following burial, a luncheon will be held at the Smith Family Center, Sugarcreek. Friends may call Oct. 21, from 4-7 p.m.
