Report taken of breaking and entering on TR 252, Monroe Township. Disabled vehicle assisted on SR 60, Monroe Township. Welfare check completed on SR 39, Knox Township.
Report taken of a one vehicle injury accident at SR 515 and US 62, Paint Township. OSP handled reports of a two vehicle non-injury accident at CR 77 and CR 207, Berlin Township, and one vehicle non-injury accidents at TR 470 and TR 472, Washington Township, and on CR 201, Salt Creek Township.
Jeremy Lee Blacksten, 30, of Killbuck, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear. He remains incarcerated on $2,500 and $1,000 cash or surety bonds.
