Grand Opening for The Cove at Walnut Creek will be Oct. 28-29

What’s going on in that pocket-sized hollow in Walnut Creek? Plenty, that’s what.

The new homes popping up are the beginnings of Holmes County’s latest edition of condo-community living. The Cove, as this development is called, is the effort of Miller Hope Development, LLC. Prospective homeowners get to choose from three different style homes in either a duplex or a four-plex format with a variety of optional upgrades available. Residents will have every amenity at their fingertips. Lawn care service, snow removal, and grounds keeping are just a few of the many lifestyle benefits. Groceries and a gas station are next door, and a medley of Holmes County’s social activities just minutes away.

The developers offer a high level of service and benefits. “We are committed to excellence in every aspect of The Cove; in it’s construction, and in it’s day–to–day functionality once the community is up and in place,” Willis Schlabach said. “The comfort and well-being of the residents are top priority to us.”

The establishment of The Cove, according to Bill Mullet, will in turn sponsor projects in needy countries, where the people are truly impoverished, and where outside help is their only hope. Their mission statement is noteworthy, and gives pause for thought.

“Our vision, as developers, is to create a caring community where you, the homeowner, will experience life to its fullest. Construction of The Cove incorporates both your dreams and ours, and gives wings to our underlying purpose... to help the less fortunate. Our sponsor is Hope International Ministry. To join our efforts, give us a call.”

Miller Hope Development, LLC. notes that The Cove will not be an ongoing, add-on project due to limited acreage. Construction of 12 elite homes offering 28 living spaces will cap this condominium community. Due to the limited quantity of condominiums that can be built, it is advised for interested parties to act now.

The public is invited to the Grand Opening to be held Friday and Saturday, Oct. 28 and 29, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome to take a tour through the three model homes and explore the premises at their leisure.

Opportunity is knocking. In an age where farmland is disappearing at an alarming rate, the idea of community living is making a strong statement. History is in the making, right here in the pocket-sized hollow in Walnut Creek.
