OSP handled report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on W. Main St., Berlin. Reports taken of a two vehicle injury accident on SR 83, Mechanic Township, and a three vehicle injury at SR 39 and CR 51, Monroe Township.

Penny Lynn Malone, 38, of Wooster, was arrested for theft. She remains incarcerated on a $2,500 cash or surety bond.

Jeffrey Kim Lehman, 61, of Strasburg, was arrested for failure to appear. He was released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Julie Marie Rusyn, 33, of Massillon, was arrested for a community sanctions violation. She was released on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Jerry Thomas Starner, 36, of Killbuck, was arrested by Millersburg PD for driving under the influence. He was released on his own recognizance.
