Dutch Valley Gifts to hold Christmas show

Dutch Valley Gifts will welcome friends, neighbors and guests to their annual Christmas show on Nov. 8-9. During the event, there will be holiday homemaking and gift-giving tips available, as well as dinner and special discounts.

Randy McKee

For many people, Nov. 1 means the beginning of the holiday season. It’s a wonderful time to enjoy friends, family, celebrations, decorating the home, cooking traditional meals, cleaning, shopping, wrapping gifts until the wee small hours of the morning, working extra hours, spending money you don’t have …..and did we mention the endless dishes to wash and finding something to wear when you have ‘nothing to wear’? And then there’s the snow.

When did the holidays become stressful and lose the magic of making memories? If you need a reason to feel good about the coming holiday season, Dutch Valley Gifts has that reason. Their annual Christmas show is coming up Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 8 and 9.

There will be three shows: Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 6 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Reservations are needed and the ticket price will include a delightful and unusual gourmet meal in the banquet room at Dutch Valley Restaurant followed by a fun and informative session with designer Nathan Paternoster and the experienced Dutch Valley Gifts staff members.

They will be sharing great new holiday homemaking and gift-giving ideas with lots of fun surprises from their own list of favorite things.

After dinner and the show, enjoy special discounts at Dutch Valley Gifts and The Coop. These discounts will be only for show attendees, plus if you come to an evening show, the shops will stay open until the last customer has made their final purchase. Give yourself the gift of a couple hours of relaxation and inspiration. Grab a friend – or two – and come to the Dutch Valley Gifts annual Christmas show and then enjoy the holidays this year.
