In her new position, Yoder is responsible for all iSeries hardware and software. Her areas of responsibility will include the operational aspects of the bank’s core software system, teller system, ATM software, and iSeries disaster recovery.
“We are always pleased when we can promote from within CSB to fill an open position for our company,” stated Manning. “Crystal is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and deserving of this promotion. We have great faith in her abilities to enhance our IT area of CSB.”
After graduating from Hiland High School, Yoder attended Ashland University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a major in management information systems and a minor in computer science, in 2001. She also completed the Ohio Banker’s League Blythe School of Banking in 2007. She lives near Sugarcreek with her husband Larry.
