Seman presented an interesting program entitled Super Foods. Super Foods are colorful plant-based foods and some fish. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber and are important in reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as: heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, macular degeneration, and possibly Alzheimer’s. He gave each person water beads made by Mary to measure the amount of water they drink each day. They were told the tremendous value of flax seed and soy foods. He then introduced them to quinoa.
