Pomerene Hospital hosts arthritis health talk
Pomerene Hospital will host an arthritis health talk titled Treating Arthritis on Monday, Nov. 21, at Keim Lumber in Charm. The presentation will begin at 6 p.m.
Dr. Rodney Miller will discuss operative and non-operative treatments for arthritis, as well as the total joint replacement program at Pomerene Hospital, and recent advances in total and partial hip and knee replacements. In addition, Miller will discuss computer assisted and minimally invasive surgeries.
Miller received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He completed his orthopedic residency training at Akron General Medical Center. He has been on the active staff at Pomerene Hospital since 2000. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and by the American Board of Family Practice.
