Craig A. Lawhead, president and CEO of The Killbuck Savings Bank, recently announced the addition of Joshua Proper as a member of the Holmes County lending team. “We are very pleased that Josh has joined the bank,” said Lawhead. “We do our best to hire local people that our customers know and respect.”

Proper graduated from West Holmes High School in 1998. After graduation, he attended Ohio Northern University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and obtained majors in both accounting and business management. He worked in the public accounting field for eight years.

Currently, he is a member of the Holmes County Lion’s Club and serves on the Millersburg Planning and Zoning Commission. He, his wife, Jody, and their daughter reside in Holmes County. He enjoys being outdoors and “off roading” in his Jeep. Recently, he and his family participated in the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah.

As a commercial loan officer at the main office in Killbuck, Josh is looking forward to assisting local business owners with all their lending needs.
