Stacy Bair was the best weekly loser. She said to exercise at least 15 minuets per day and walk. Odessa Ferris was the best weekly re-dedicated loser. She said to watch your salt intake. Lana Rush was the best weekly KOPS. She drinks plenty of water.
Eilene Lowe had the program. She talked to us about mindless eating. She also read an article on “Why we eat more than we think.” The Thanksgiving Contest ended. Tom Alexander will deliver turkeys and groceries.
