Reports taken of fraud on SR 39, Berlin Township, breaking and entering on TR 463, Washington Township, and recovered property on TR 36, Monroe Township. Threats reported on E. Marion St., Nashville.
Report taken of a four vehicle injury accident on CR 6, Richland Township.
John D. Smith, 38, of Big Prairie, was arrested for OVI and driving under suspension. He was released to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on warrant.
Trevor G. Raber, 20, of Millersburg, was arrested for OVI and underage consumption. He was released on his own recognizance.
Lucas N. Strother, 19, of Glenmont, was arrested for underage consumption. He was released on his own recognizance.
