TOPS members urged to exercise every day

Eleven members opened with the TOPS and KOPS Pledges Nov. 30, at TOPS OH 1573 Nashville. The club had a loss of 5.4 pounds. Katie Kline was the best weekly and monthly loser. She said to exercise every day. Janice Tope was the best weekly and monthly rededicated loser. She said to drink eight glasses of water daily. Lana Rush was the best weekly and monthly KOPS. She told us to watch cookie intake.

Families who received Thanksgiving baskets expressed their appreciation. Sandy Esto presented a program, reading from an article from the Loudonville Shopper entitled Ten Clean Foods to Always Put in Your Shopping Cart. Main points were: eat natural foods, eat five to six meals and snacks each day, avoid processed foods, cook healthy, eat before being super hungry, and enjoy food flavors.

Next week Eileen Lowe will bring tasting food and Leonard Jones will have the program. The club meets on Wednesdays, with weigh-in at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting at 5:45. Everyone is welcome. For more information, call 330-763-1347 or 330-378-2438 or 330-378-2723.
