Eileen Lowe brought salmon muffins for tasting food. For the program, Leonard Jones read an article by “Dr. Travis” (Stork) entitled “6 Steps to a Slim Body”. Step one is to eat breakfast or your body slows down. Step two is don’t say “diet” just gradually change our life style. Step three is to downsize with less stress. Step four is to avoid cravings and eat 5 times a day. Step five is to buy new and smaller dishes. Step six, find out what works for you. Check what makes you vulnerable.
