TOPS members gather nutrition information

On Jan. 4, TOPS OH 1573 Nashville opened with 10 members reciting the TOPS and KOPS pledges. The club had a loss of 7.4 pounds. Eileen Lowe was the best weekly looser. She said no candy and to cut back on bread. Geneva Pringle and Mary Burgett tied for the best weekly rededicated loser. They said to cut back and eat light snacks. Tom Alexander was the best weekly KOPS. He said no soda pop and to drink more water.

A sign-up sheet for programs was passed around. The club is ordering copies of The Choice Is Mine for members to buy. For the program, Janice Tope passed around a paper showing what 100 calories look like. Information on the nutrition facts to be found by reading labels was also discussed.
