Cheryl Lynn Rohr, 49, of Millersburg, was arrested for theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Joseph Brian Berry, 20, of Ashland, was arrested for breaking and entering. He remains incarcerated on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Brent Eugene Miller, 46, of Killbuck, was arrested for drug possession, drug paraphernalia, and failure to signal turn. He remains incarcerated.

Holmesville fire personnel responded to a chimney fire on TR 565, Prairie Township; situation was quickly contained. District #1 fire personnel responded to a chimney fire on CR 58, Mechanic Township; situation was quickly contained. Western Holmes, Glenmont, and Loudonville fire personnel responded to a possible structure fire on CR 22, Washington Township; situation was quickly contained.
