Report taken of a one vehicle vs. deer non-injury accident at US 62 and TR 89, Killbuck Township.
Kirby Todd Crane, 40, of Millersburg, was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to control. He was released on his own recognizance.
Michael Lee Farnsworth, 44, of Millersburg, was arrested for failure to appear. He was released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Joseph Anthony Smith, 35, of Big Prairie, was arrested for theft. He was released on his own recognizance.
