Melissa Herrera

Melissa is a Holmes County native with a soul that yearns to trek the world. A semi-empty-nester, she loves to explore back roads and small towns with her husband Antonio. A self-proclaimed word/grammar snob, she is also an avid movie person and book hoarder. Currently writing her novel inch by inch, she lives outside Berlin with her husband. Her three kids are scattered across the country - one out of college and two attending. Her favorite quote is. "Tell me, what do you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" - Mary Oliver. You can find Melissa at her blog, Women Who Eat Chocolate: http://melissakayherrera.blogspot.com/ as well as Facebook and Twitter.
