Scott Daniels

Scott Daniels was born and raised in Tuscarawas County. His love of cooking began as a child, with long hours spent in front of the TV with Julia Child, Graham Kerr, later Jeff Smith, Jacques Pepin and many others to whom he owes a great debt. This culinary interest blossomed with a trip as a twenty something to Europe. He favors honest cuisine with an interesting history, free of modern chemicals and processes. When not cooking, he is an actor, writer, voracious reader, student of the arts and father of two daughters.
